Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers.

We use information to generate and edit images, provide downloads and account history, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, improve service performance, and respond to support requests and service updates.
3. Data Storage and Security
Cloud infrastructure stores uploaded and generated assets. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, encrypted connections where supported, restricted access and operational monitoring. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data Retention
Account and billing records are retained as needed for service delivery and legal obligations. Inputs and outputs may be retained for downloads, history, abuse prevention, backups and support. We may remove or anonymize content when no longer needed. You may request deletion, subject to legal, security and fraud-prevention requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
Prompts and reference images are sent to AI processing providers, including EvoLink, to fulfill generation requests. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage, Stripe processes payments, and Google provides optional sign-in. Usage analytics may be collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Asset links may be accessible to anyone with the URL, so avoid sensitive or confidential uploads. Information may also be disclosed to meet legal obligations or protect rights and safety.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications. Contact support to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies and similar technologies support sign-in, language preferences, sessions, security and usage analytics. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but some service features may stop working.
