How do credits work?

Every image uses credits according to model, resolution, quality and reference input. The image studio shows the exact credit cost before submission. Editing is a new generation and uses credits too.

When are annual credits delivered?

Annual plans charge once per year and deliver all annual credits after successful payment. Credits are not released monthly. Each successful annual renewal adds the same annual allocation.

Does my plan renew?

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled. Manage cancellation in Account → Billing. Credit packs are a single payment with no subscription.

What happens to an existing plan?

These larger credit allowances apply to newly purchased v3 plans. Existing subscriptions, previously created orders and older prices keep their original credit allocation; no retroactive extra credits are added.

Do paid users need to queue?

Paid website generation consumes account credits and has no site-added waiting delay. Provider queues and generation time still apply.

What happens if generation fails?

Credits reserved for a confirmed failed task are returned. A temporary status-check error is not a confirmed failure. Download successful images promptly; provider result links may expire after 24 hours.
